What kind of water should be used for making tea?

The best choice is the 10 pH value water rich in Oxigen and Vitamins. It is not recommended to use mineral water because it affects the taste of the tea. Tea made from regular water is darker and there is often oily spots on its surface. Cleared water is a better choice than regular water. Tea made from cleared water has lighter colour, better taste and it is much healthier.

How long should the tea leaves be infused?

Infusion time depends on the type of tea. Finest white and green teas should be infused for 2.5-3 minutes, because after that they get bitter. First infusion should not be used. Oolong and flavoured green teas are to be infused also for 2-3 minutes. Black and falvoured black teas should be infused 2.5-3 minutes. Rooibos teas need also 3 minutes, while Mate can be infused for 3-5 minutes according to taste. Herbal infusions need 3-5 minutes, fruit infusions at least 8-10 minutes.

What temperature water should be used for infusion?

White and green teas should be infused with 70-80 degree Celsius water, all other types with 100 degree Celsius, boiling water. First infusion of green teas should not be used for drinking.
